@statebarofwi.bsky.social @law.wisc.edu

Set the example and precedent the Constitution, the law, and the people are on your side.

Show the Federal Government what Federalism looks like.

Their power is defined and limited, your power is undefined and unlimited - 10th amendment.

Therefore, ICE conducting judicially warrant-less arrest and limiting access to justice likely is unconstitutional.

To make them constitutional they would require a federal judicial warrant in order to invoke the Supremacy Clause.
April 25, 2025 at 3:31 PM
ICE could still arrest noncitizens outside courthouse property.

But, Chief Justices could and should arrest federal officers intruding on a core state power.

Supremacy Clause requires the law/action to be Constitutional.

Interesting because this could spark state trespassing laws requiring arrest of ICE officer’s without a judicial warrant on state property.

NOTE: Federal officials in official capacity are NOT members of the public.

State would be in its right to arrest these ‘trespassers’

This is definitely a case to watch. The law is on the judge’s side.

Essentially the judge acting under the 10th & 14th amendment was arrested for not complying with a purely administrative warrant.
April 25, 2025 at 3:18 PM
It’s even worse, the judge is a State Judge. The Chief Judge determined that the ‘administrative’ warrant was not a judicial warrant.

As a state officer, under the 10th and 14th amendment, she had a duty to protect the persons due process rights.

State vs Federal Government.

I’ve lived in the USA 28 as an undocumented immigrant. At 29 I became a resident.

This is as close to voting I have gotten. The ACLU is keeping the executive in check where it can preserving America until the day I can finally cast my first ballot

Thank you for helping.

ITS RETROACTIVE

Prior to law school I was told the world has too many attorneys, I fear we don’t have enough.

Note that this is a retroactive ground of deportability.

They are quite literally laying the groundwork to invoke this rarely used and EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATORY statute.

Extra info: They RARELY if ever have a judicial warrant.

They can self issue administrative warrants (that authorize only arrest) but do not authorize entry into property/damage to property.

At this point that isn’t enough we need to withhold labor and grind the economy to a complete stop.

Take care of each other until he is impeached.

Then demand universal income starting January 20, 2025 to the present.

And TAX THE RICH
