Keeping it in n the family, my dad was an assistant keeper at Lismore light near Oban for 8 years in the late 60s and Tiumpan Head near Stornoway for years

He screwed up my passport application when he was minister of citizenship and immigration. Closed the two remains passport offices on Vancouver Island, so we all had to waaaasiiiittt while they retrieved our files from some cardboard boxes in a Vancouver warehouse.
