Luckily, William Talbot, David Kingsley, Mariana Wolfner, and Linda Restifo were kind enough to walk me through all of the amazing work done in the Hogness lab, like:
- chromosomal walking
- gene regulatory mechanisms
- cloning important homeotic genes
- delineating the ecdysone signaling pathway
