To clarify my position, on the SciShow HRT Video (as of 22 Jan 2025).
I agree the information was outdated at the least.
But it was clearly stated to be based on existing guidelines which in many countries define the actually available care (e.g. Germany).

The internet is filled with so much disinformation on Trans people.
Until a new Video will be released there is now one less prominent source people can find instead.
