I fought to get a cycling strategy at the Western Gateway Sub-national Transport group, precisely to think inter-community, and recognise micromobility extends range without the car if only rural roads not so hostile. Not perfect, and took several goes westerngatewaystb.org.uk/wp-content/u...

This is a problem for all electricity supply in the UK, pegging prices to gas, and propping up stupidly expensive nuclear, complete rip off for Britain. Not just media, but it seems government enthralled by the big energy companies.

I disagree, given infrequent public transport options at both ends, I'd always prefer to travel with my bike. As I understand, many commuters in Holland keep two cheap bikes, one at each end of their journey. Better cycle parking and bikeshare is good, but not best.

Thank you so much for coming down, giving a great talk and unpacking some interesting questions. I hope you had a chance to see some of the infrastructure we have managed to put in place.

Its only so in the adverts. Reality is hassle and expensive, and that is always someone else's fault. I get to meetings just as quickly by bike as colleagues in their cars.

Another great example of where lobbying from big corporations, and greenwashing seems very effective at undoing much careful work and soul searching by those serious about stemming the global effects of mankinds impact on Climate.

I think it should be climate outrage, the popularism of the right wing selfish agenda doesn't label itself as that. We should be outraged that even after the California fires, those backing Trump and Fromage are continuing the "we don't need experts" because the truth doesn't make them quick money.

Every day brings new outrage from the USA. Surely this is indictable? When you consider how they went after Lasange for the Wikileaks episode, this is blatant mass theft and abuse of his role in public office. Mind you, the Trumpster having classified papers at home didn't stop him going again.
