Birthday cake and gifts from my amazing work cohort. Aww 🥰. I left work to take a nap before carting Hinu all the way to west side for a cello practice session. I am going to treat myself to a trip to the fancy mall while I wait — maybe. I would rather stay home and nap more.

Morning Christmas tree without the lights on. Had to sit in the third best chair because the sun is directly shining on the other two available spot. Also - finished a bag of birb food - they are hungry when it’s cold.

I am wfh today and slept till 8:13. My tree still looks amazing because the tree dude said to water it was very hot water. I have a hot water tap — so it was easy to do. It works! Hardly any needles down 3-4 weeks later. This is my favorite new ornament this year.
