The best job I ever had was at Borders Books & Music, it was first concept store in Utica, Michigan. I was 22 and couldn’t imagine the shit that’s happening today ever happening.

I usually don’t watch teen-based true crime because it’s too depressing. So when I saw this advertised, I decided to just google the outcome instead. I was like what? What? So I just watched the last episode instead of the whole thing.

When people question the adaptability of Gen X, my comeback is always I’ve purchased Purple Rain in six different formats - album, cassette, CD, digital, video of the movie, video of the concert - I’m not including seeing the actual movie, random singles, taping songs off the radio, or taping videos
