I thought so at first, but no. Funnily enough, there are two Carbonneaus in Blainville, both not related either.

His skating’s a setback for sure, but it’s not *awful*. He generates power through his strides and occasionally throws in a crossover. He’s just not going to be evasive. It’s all about how he works around that.
