You cant expect to keep your job when both Mike Brown and Taylor Jenkins are on the market though.

He has his idiosyncrasies and he fairly got outclassed by Carlisle, but his roster was really designed to do one thing, and major parts of ot weren't showing up.

Thibs had this team consistently punching above their weight class, and it would not surprise me to see them have a very difficult transition under a new coach without some major roster changes.
