Yes, but those were after servicing and drawn fresh from the common pool.

The reason they failed was due to the telemetry tracking kit bolted into the side for the test - at least that's what the UK govt claimed much to irritation of the US that didn't want anything said at all.

This is incorrect. If you Google "common missile compartment" for example, you'll see that the missile compartment for both Dreadnought and Columbia (the new US sub) is manufactured in the UK.

*Regularly* not frequently. Each missile needs maintenance about every 8 years.

I think that means social benefits like unemployment benefit, housing benefit.

There's no administrative capability in the NHS to prevent access to healthcare. That's the point of the surcharge: to mimic requirements in social sec. based systems for additional private insurance for non citizens.
