This is what I do to bike through this area, it's a nice route. 120th connects to the 520 trail as well with a dedicated bike signal. Though, there was construction on 108th and 12th blocking the route a few weeks ago, hopefully it's cleared up.

100%. The car clubs I'm in never organize a cruise in a city... And driving stick definitely pushes me onto the bike more 😛 Our club's membership has moved out of denser cities like Seattle over the decades (though moreso for cost reasons / space for a dedicated workshop).

Ok! The word self-propelled is a little unclear to me in this context but I'm not familiar with how that term may be used in other law.

Great bill! However, I think there's an edge case regarding pedal-assist e-bikes. A pedal-assist e-bike is not "propelled solely by human power", so it wouldn't count as a bicycle under this section. The definition of "minor motor vehicle" says they are "self-propelled"... Do e-bikes count?
