Friendly reminder. In the United States, criminals are entitled to due process. Even if you pay hush money rig an election, steal top secret documents, or incite a mob to overthrow the government; no matter how egregious your crimes, you’re entitled to due process.

This is Mexico City. The corner of this suburban lot remains practically untouched in my brother’s house. The small crooked three in the background is a tepozan that likely was already there in circa 1975 when he acquired the land on the skirts of the Xitle, an extinct volcano.
