She, but you know, laying down staring at me after she just got off of her beanbag that she commandeered from my son and I that we’ve had for years. She’s laying on the floor with her head over both of her paws, just staring at me and that’s all I can really say she’s just staring at me. I’m trying to talk to her. Tell her to come here, etc. but she’s just staring like a Shiba does lol The next step is her slow approach as she stands up since now I have taken my attention away from her since she wouldn’t take my attention and is encroaching slowly into my space while still giving me the same stare down and if I don’t act quickly to get up and get her an ice cream she will yell at me and possibly try to ruin something in the house or pretend to at least like a threat like if you don’t give me this ice cream, I might pull this runner off of here and put a hole in it even though she won’t do that, but she likes to think I think she will

This is the month that kicks off a bunch of days where I get NO pay. I’ve several non-paid days since we don’t get PTO until after the 1st of the yr which we can’t use retroactively 🤬 Our car payment & cell bill are due in 2 days.
Aside from this, I’ve had to take ~3 non-paid days for sick kid. Plz🙏
Just a calendar showing all the days that I will not get any pay which include winter break and spring break and a bunch of random days kind of mixed in with those not to mention the fact that I’ve already had to take around 3 to 4 nonpaid days off either because of my elbow or because of having a sick child so this doesn’t even reflect all of the nonpaid days that I’ve already taken just the ones that are coming up

I also have to have a nerve study done in Dec that my surgeon just told me about. I was told that the smaller incision (less invasive) surgery that I’m starting with, & the PRP injection could potentially worsen nerve damage, even though it may (or may not) improve my elbow, so it’s ALL a gamble😞
Clinic Encounter with Diagnostic Ultrasound Orthopedics 10/20/2025 PLAN: We discussed a shared decision-making approach regarding multiple treatment options for the above diagnosis ranging from conservative to more invasive. These included the following: - Education on pathophysiology, diagnosis, and prognosis - patient voiced understanding, questions and concerns addressed. - Activity modification / bracing and orthotics - bring wrist splint to procedure appointment - Further diagnostics and imaging - US and MR reviewed - Therapy was attempted; patient was given exercises to do at home but minimal benefit was noted. - Oral and topical medications, including heat, ice, ibuprofen, Tylenol, and Voltaren Gel, were tried without significant relief. - Injection options - We had a detailed discussion regarding treatment options for chronic tendinopathy. We discussed at length ultrasound-guided tenotomy plus platelet rich plasma injections as well as ultrasound-guided percutaneous cutting tenotomy for removal of pathologic tissue. We discussed recovery implications and logistics, expected timeline for improvement in symptoms. We discussed contraindications and risks, including but not limited to infection, bleeding, further tissue injury including nerve injury, failure to improve, progression to surgery. She would like to proceed with ultrasound-guided percutaneous tendon tenotomy followed by platelet rich plasma injection of the right common extensor tendon - Surgical options discussed - Follow-up and future plan at procedure appointment. Patient instructed to contact our office if further questions or concerns arise. On the very bottom, I have most of it blanked out for privacy reasons, but you can see that it says or that it talks about they’re being a partial tear in my tendon and that physical therapy has been unsuccessful and the injury happened this past summer at the very beginning of summer with no improvement, but only worsening

Also just found out today (after 4 months of being told it would happen) that we (me & my son) WON’T be getting a refund for the car registration I paid for less than a month before the old car was totaled it was slightly over $500. I was told 3 times it was “approved” & to just wait for the check💔
A letter from the DMV saying that I would not be receiving my registration back and that the insurance company would be getting it even though I was told by the DMV and the manager at the DMV the same DMV that I had been going to all along that it was approved and I just needed to wait for the check and then I just got this letter 😭 My kid and I have been waiting for months for this check to come and I’ve been looking in the mailbox religiously and this is what I found instead
