Huh, that's actually a really good question. Hmm. Personally, I'd say with Vox, Val is almost always going to end up bottoming. She just loves teasing Vox, being confident, starting on top. But Vox, being the control freak he is, can't have that for long. I'd imagine Val loves when the tables turn.
