Bob - need specificity - what sites have developers abandoned sites in the Town?
4. I just know - from personal experience in this actual group of people - that they all care and do not want to make it simply more expensive to live/thrive here. It is really easy to criticize when you are not navigating it yourself.

3. John Deer is very close to the needs of the building and the staff - he has been head-down on this. I think the rest of the Board has been letting him lead on it. But clearly they are now actively engaging and engaging others. *remember - They didn’t bring it for a vote to go on ballot*

1. There was a point in time when the Board could have just actioned this and not brought the bond resolution to the people. The Board members (especially Elaine Denton) insisted on that.
