No excuse for that very bad AI Overview, but the search you're doing is a little strange: it's looking for a three word sequence of "Rick," followed immediately by either "Perlstein" or "Julia," followed by "Orringer." (That is, for better or worse, how Google syntax has been for 20+ years.)
