I’ve cancelled the WaPo and signed up for the NYT. I’ve opened a Walmart.com account (they sell the exact same stuff as Amazon, sometimes at better prices). And I opened this account, so I can ditch FB soon. There’s always an alternative, and sometimes it’s better! Voting with my $$$.

Movie night (Stalag 17) and Pork Schnitzel with Mealie Pudding and Mash. Mealie pud is basically oatmeal, beef dripping or suet, onions salt and lashings of pepper - it’s popular in the north east of Scotland and nearly all chips shops in the country sell them.
