Home health will likely result in a longer recovery time, higher overall cost, and with an overall poorer outcome.
It is wierd... it feels like the system is working harder to end her life than save it.

If she can't make the NC appt, she doesn't get any more of the study drug.
If she goes to the appointment, she will lose medicare coverage for inpatient PT because of the 3day rule.
We may have to settle for outpatient home health so we can continue cancer treatment.
But, this comes at a cost.
