100% can't make everybody happy. But if the point is to be seen by the government and they aren't there, then I don't get it. Especially when everyone complains there isn't enough media coverage. Good way to get laughed at by the opposition IMO--because no one checked the calendar.

Out of curiosity (or stupidity) how does being at the state Capitol on a holiday disrupt anything for them? Won't it be closed? I believe ours is.

They are still working it out. Apparently it was just put together about 12 days prior so systems aren't in place yet and it got big fast. I first found them on Reddit but they have things on pause while they figure it out. For #50501 anyway...may be other groups.

I first found out about #50501 on Reddit. They say they only started putting this together 12 days before the protests happened. The interest has grown exponentially and as they are grassroots, not quite equipped to manage something this big. They are working out partnerships and such.

Also from Phx! Been asking the same. All the suggested places to connect are not yet functional. It took off too fast!
