The HA sector answer is usually to go cap in hand to government, but real borrowing constraints demonstrated by widening gilt yields since the budget make this (and most other) questions more difficult to answer
9) How is government going to deal with housing associations & local authorities focusing almost entirely on issues on the existing housing stock (mould, fire safety etc.) & not focusing on new build or buying Section 106 properties? (10/n)
