I don’t want his story to just be a transitioning story. I want it to included other plots and problems on top of being trans and find himself within the plot line giving more depth so if anyone does have ideas do tell. The setting is not fantasy so I want it to be pretty realistic.

She used to be human so I also wanna put she is half Indian and half Iranian. I want her cultures to be an important piece in the story cause I believe due to her problems of being a flesh eating monster she can’t participate in it much. Especially for things like food. :b

She still drinks alcohol specifically absinthe but it taste 10x worst to her than the average person. And it’s still isn’t filling no matter how much she has in her system.

Now she cannot die nor eat normal food instead the only thing that eases her hunger and tastes good is human flesh. She very often uses cigarettes to help with her stress and to calm her hunger for flesh but it only helps to an extent she mostly just has a nicotine addiction now.

Her general backstory is that she stole belongings for money from magical beings that curse her with a second mouth which cause her unable to speak through her original mouth and causes facial expressions to be hard to make.
