Went to the Frankenstein exhibit & screening at Selfridges! All the props, costumes and set designs were absolutely immaculate, and Guillermo Del Toro’s vision of the eternal tale is not just my favourite take on Mary Shelley’s masterpiece, but is up there with my favourite films from Del Toro!! ❤️❤️

Went to the Frankenstein exhibit & screening at Selfridges! First game I’d like to highlight this month is the recently released Silent Hill f - as a recent fan of the Silent Hill series, I’m having an absolute blast with this new entry!!

In the home-run prep for 28 Years Later, I’ve decided to dive into the game Zombi (the console port of ZombiU), and I forgot just how GOOD the game is - consistently creepy and scary, where even a single zombie is a legitimate threat.
A damn shame that it never got a sequel! 🧟♂️🧠🇬🇧

Finished my first ever Ultra-Nightmare run in a DOOM game! Absolutely loved the Dark Ages, and though I played Ultra Nightmare on the default settings (only thing I toggled was Auto-Run on), I love how the sliders make it both accessible and adjustable to more players!!

Looking to the future of DOOM: The Dark ages as well, I really *REALLY* hope we get a alternate skin for the Slayer that replicates the look of the Sentinel Shrine (and Ruby/Wraithstone) statues - would look AWESOME 🤘🔥❤️

After a few sessions of Ultra Nightmare, thinking DOOM: The Dark Ages might be my favourite of the modern DOOM trilogy; every game in the trilogy is superb, but The Dark Ages in particular just scratches that particular itch, and the weighty, stand-and-fight gameplay feels so satisfying! 🤘🔥❤️
