Today, we were finally able to buy firewood in Gaza.
The price has become unbearably high, but it's the only option we have left for warmth, for cooking, for surviva
We managed to get the wood... now we just need the food.
In a place where even basics are a struggle, every spark is a small victory.

I sit in front of it to cook, and my face and hands get burned from the heat.
We have to buy firewood for it, which has become very expensive in Gaza.

These are the “free” aid packages that were supposed to reach us after 600 days of starvation. We ended up buying them from the market because the aid never reached us.
Their contents aren’t enough for even one person for three days, yet we paid a huge amount just to feed our family of 7.
