I was super happy to get some swings in after a bit of a break since fall ball! Decided to try something new tonight with my mom taking exit velo. I was consistently hitting 66-68 mph and hit 69 twice! Working towards consistently hitting 70+ in the next few months! @coachteague.bsky.social
