I really like this kind of ambivalence in interpretation.

A new opportunity to draw a mermaid, but without a fishtail.
Mermaid, jellyfish, and bioluminescence.

In the bluish depths, bathed in a diffuse light piercing through the waves, a marine creature rises gracefully among the translucent jellyfish. Her tentacles extend like a slow, hypnotic dance, while her outstretched arms seem to reach out to capture the floating glows around her. Her hair gently sways with the rhythm of the currents, blending with the red filaments of the jellyfish surrounding her, almost like an aquatic echo.

The scene evokes a perfect balance between mystery and serenity, where every movement is suspended in time, frozen in the silent magic of the ocean. Here is my version of Supergirl.
The image dates back to April 2024.
I painted it after watching the movie The Flash.
The design is a mix between a classic Supergirl and the dark Supergirl from the film's alternate world.
Sketch on paper and colors done in Procreate.

With the release of the Marvel Fantastic Four trailer, here’s a glimpse of my work on Susan Storm, aka Invisible Woman.

I love drawing her in different styles. And I’m really into this idea of a "GrumpIllyana".
