Don’t often go to #M&SFood but was looking for something #GlutenFree at Service Station. These are quite rich so 2 or 3 pieces with a coffee made a nice treat. #Mango #DarkChocolate £3.30 but shared between two over several coffees over course of evening.

Sort of lunch. #GlutenFree coffee & walnut cake & a black coffee. Delighted that walnut on top of my slice was only walnut element involved therefore easily picked off & left on plate.

I stopped buying from Amazon several weeks ago. I know my absence won’t be noticed but if more & more of us shop differently then maybe it will. After all, #MonyAMickleMaksAMuckle
