After yesterday's unplanned hospital visit (in short i got a fever from a unknown infection (and some other things going on) what then caused a fnd seizure and other suff what lead to a late night ambulance ride on Tuesday night to Taumaranui hospital)

(on the upside i found out that it broke as i was passing through the only town with a outdoor shop in over a 100 kms)

It must be the latest fashion... Sleeping bag in my pack liner and my rain gear spread out over most of my gear..

This is just one of the ones from my bike (the tent pole is a old tent pole from one of my old tents)
The pole comes apart so would fit nicely against the pack on trails...

20 mins on the cross trainer (on ramdom) - strength training.. Hip adductor (10x3 at 34 kg), leg extensions (10x3 at 20 kg), leg press (10x3 at 40kg), back extension (3x10)... 15 mins/3.1 km on the rowing machine.. (at level 10)
