I think if we could do it again in Los Angeles we would ask them to focus trash pick up to some of the freeways. Our freeways are so busy that it’s impossible to shut down a lane to work on it. A dangerous job that a national guard could feel good about.

I’m sending postcards to voters, protesting, donating $ and anything else I can find to help save our democracy. I’m not even a democrat. I just really like democracy.

I understand your frustration and you are not wrong. But at some point the democrats need to stop pointing fingers and unite. I’m concerned that bashing the democrats ad nauseam might lead to losing some of the current ones we can’t afford to lose if we want to save democracy.

It reminds me of criticizing your sport team as a “fan”. At some point you need to balance the criticism with support. The goal is to help not take them over the coals.

I do find it destructive all the democrats criticizing the party. It seems to be demoralizing to the cause. Maybe we could start lifting up the party if we want to save democracy.

I don’t know why the “most transparent” administration in history would have a problem with a crew of journalists from every network given access as a group. It can’t be due to privacy rights since Noem stood in front of deportees at a gulag and gave a televised brief.
