Also cats similar. They know which day of the week it is. On the next street corner a woman used to come every Wednesday 7:00 pm to feed the many stray cays in the area. 15-20 cats would congregate around 6:30 and wait on Wednesday. Other days of the week around that time there were no cats there

Ah that's not great. It sounds like it could very easily fall foul of the Fraud Act 2006

I was recently contacted about a class action that I was not aware of against a superannuation body that I had dealings with & was given the option to opt out. So it seems that a class action can automatically include everyone affected with an opt out option without getting all to sign on explicitly

It's my understanding that when a company is bought/taken over it is legally bound to the debts of the acquired company. Affected writers need to group together to find a good law firm to start a class action with no win no fee basis as often happens with class actions -a fixed % of proceeds for win
