I finally bundled up and went out for a chilly but refreshing hike today 🥾🙌🏽Guys, my favorite forest was sooo peaceful. I did a lot of deep breathing to get my nervous system out of perpetual hyper vigilance ✨🧘🏽♀️ 😮💨 ✨
