We moved my mum out of Quebec in 2021 when her health started to decline. Though she was bilingual, French was not her first language, and we were concerned that she would lose that French as her mental capacity declined. The lack of medical and support services in English was significant.

Yeah, I'd like to see more independents elected. The party system certainly has its merits but there are clearly drawbacks, too.
