GH v H [2024] EWHC 2869 (Fam). Mea culpa for overlooking this, because Vivien Croly did this summary back in Nov. Interim changing order re sums to be paid to a third party/child of the marriage, with interest granted on the unpaid periodical payments. (1/2)

Financial Remedies: Ever wondered why formulas disappear in transit on the ES2? It seems Mimecast can be set (by a solicitor’s IT people) to create “safe copies” of emailed Excel files. Unfortunately said safe copies do not retain the formulas: it is as if Paste Special Values has taken place…
