It could work - with rapid yo-yo dieting and some typical dubious accounting, lose (and gain) 28 pounds a month for 12 months.
Or maybe break it down into even smaller bites - that's less than a pound a day. Eat a big enough meal so you "loose" a pound into the hopper later.
Mission accomplished!

The first picture has had a month to acquire likes/shares and comments - not everyone is glued to their phone, viewing posts as soon as they are made.
