Solidarity with the MTL workers of Bethesda Game Studios, who are filing for first contract arbitration after the company refused to come to the table to discuss their proposals, and tried to dictate who they could send to the bargaining table!

It later filed complaints at the Quebec Administrative Labour Tribunal alleging the company bargained in bad faith, refused to share information, and interfered with the union by trying to dictate who could be on the union bargaining committee. The tribunal ordered the company to bargain with the union committee. With the help of a conciliator, the union again attempted to bargain in May, but the company refused to discuss the union proposals. 'Microsoft is treating Quebec workers like second-class citizens’, CWA Canada President Carmel Smyth said. 'Workers have the right to be treated fairly, and not bullied by one of the richest, most successful companies in the world.'"
