Yes, it is a culture, largely mediated by related languages, all called Celtic. Also part of the ethnic / national identities of Celtic people currently living today.

Racist even for people who are actually Celtic in family and culture? There is a historical reality to these families and the cultures they carry. Until quite recently culture was almost always intimately bound up in family.

Thanks for the reaponse. I apprecaite it. I get the history is nuanced in these border cases. It's just that as linguistuc categories, Celtic and Germanic aren't the same, but I understand how you're defining them.

sure, but don't they still count as English mythologies? I appreciate not in the same way we think of Celtic or Norse myth, but still myth yes?

These were Celts though yes? Not Germanic speakers who came later to the areas? Sorry, the term Germanic Celts is a bit confusing is all. No biggie.
