I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tillery Action For You, a fantastic social enterprise based in Blaenau Gwent.

I met some of the volunteers who are actively involved in community projects, including grounds maintenance and other practical work.

Today I joined policing colleagues to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VJ Day.

Victory over Japan Day marks Japan’s surrender on August 15, 1945, which effectively brought an end to World War II. To mark the occasion, a special service as held at Gwent Police headquarters in Cwmbran.
