A Cortinarius and a Russula. You really don't want to eat these... even though that's exactly what the tree behind them is about to do.
(From a delightful mushroom hunting outing with friends, this last Saturday.)

Very very pleased with new bread, gluten free. Added chia, amaranth, flax, hemp hearts, millet, black sesame, sunflower seeds. Great crust, crumb, flavor.
So happy to finally have real bread again! Gluten free bread can be good and satisfying!
