Very very pleased with new bread, gluten free. Added chia, amaranth, flax, hemp hearts, millet, black sesame, sunflower seeds. Great crust, crumb, flavor.
So happy to finally have real bread again! Gluten free bread can be good and satisfying!

Second gluten free loaf, same dough as last time, now decorated with seeds and onion flakes for extra flavor. Won’t last long!

Not bad at all for a first attempt. The crumb is great. The texture is nice. Crust needs work.
