I've had good luck (mostly) with the Little Potato Company potatoes. They're from Canada. Seem to hold up better than the ones I get at the store in the mesh bags

I made a small batch of enchiladas this week. It was supposed to be much bigger, but I sadly realized my extra baking dish had a crack in it. Boo! But I did freeze the chicken and plan on making it again this week.
My mom has a chest freezer so I can steal hers sometimes if I need to store meals!

Man I happily chose a child free life, but I still adore most kids. I just don't want to be a parent. It was exhausting enough watching my 5mo nephew last week for 4 hours. He was a delightful demanding baby that I was happy to return to my stepbrother haha. Love that demanding baby though. ❤️

That's fair. There's just something about that overall phrasing that seems off. I've read unnatural dialogue before and I've tolerated it as I enjoyed most of the other parts about the book. But it does lessen my enjoyment.
