Not all churches are organized like that. Church leaders are usually not receptive. There are hundreds of videos of how women have left corrupt churches. The leaders rarely are held accountable until they blatantly break the law. It is not my job to fix people who act in ways they shouldn't. I'm out

And you told them their problem is something you can't fix, that only a doctor can.

Especially at 1:30am when you just fell back to sleep after going to their house.

Thank you. Occasionally I get no calls but Thurs was difficult. Also I get perturbed when a patient doesn't do what I tell them to and keeps calling me asking what to do, just wanting a different answer.

I personally no longer go to my childhood denomination because of two men. I no longer go to my husband's church because again, a few men. I'm not sure what you mean by, "sifting the chaff." To me it's more like the sewage sunk and is stuck in the building and the people left for some fresh air.

This is heartbreaking for everyone. What I have seen directly in 27 years is management continually pushing for profit or "financial viability" as they put it, intentionally reducing staff, increasing productivity, and giving token voice only to those who play along. They have no interest in exits.

Oh wow. What a presumptuous and condescending response. I hope you do not work in direct care.

You know there are other explanations, right? Nurses assess. You have a lot of advice and don't ask any questions. You also make a lot of false assumptions.

What bothers me about the MMR is, why is my titer still negative? Nobody is studying me. Was it three bad refrigerators? Three bad batches? An immune system that repels vaccines? It is just very unsettling.

I have not personally used burdock. I'm a nurse and I've used what was ordered. I have Mennonite nieces trained on the burn team. What they're doing seems better than what I've done pain wise especially. NPWT is expensive.

I believe higher reliability studies are in the works. I discussed it with a plastic surgeon I was working with a while back and he was intrigued. Hasn't been studied doesn't mean doesn't work. So far so good with the burdock. I've cared for a few burns and it seems less traumatic to me.

Yes. I do.

My folks lost my vaccination record as a kid. To go to school, I was revaxxed. Then I became a nurse and got a travel job. The agency wanted an MMR titer. Oddly it was negative. MMR x3. Then OH required a titer. Still neg but employer said 3 was enough.

Also not a fan of RFK. I don't watch much news so likely missed the context.

I'm a triple measles vaxxed person. That's a little story. I said some alternative medicine, not all alternative medicine.
