Right? People tell me they “can’t afford” to be vegan. My grocery bill is next to nothing and I eat good, healthy meals.

I just snorted the water I was drinking out my nose at that one!

I had pertussis when my son was a toddler. He’d been vaccinated but had a very mild case. I was so sick I coughed till I vomited for months. I slept in a chair for two months because lying down caused coughing fits. It was awful. Gave it to most adults in the family. So yes. Get that one again!!

My mother also had rubella while pregnant with me. Amazingly I have had no issues. But so so many people do. This whole thing is frightening.
