Thanks for this chat idea! I used this activity with staff on a packet and it was a nice way to pull us together. We haven’t returned to the building yet after winter break due to inclement weather #pd4uandme

#pd4uandme JOY. Whenever I get stressed or overwhelmed, I just say “joy” to myself and that usually does the trick.
