Weekend over-ambition and a rare return to Mastering the Art of French Cooking — côte de porc sauce moutarde à la Normande. The mustard sauce separating just a little more than I’d like after plating, but otherwise a resounding success. 🍽️

Warm and lazy Saturday means lemon capellini and an Aperol spritz on the balcony. Not too hot for cooking properly, but certainly too lazy!
