It's easy for me to have a healthy microbiome because I love eating live foods! Every morning I start out with live Greek yogurt and raw honey with a raw apple cider vinegar tonic and later I'll have a small bowl of kimchi (fermented cabbage) as a snack or a side dish with a meal.
