My new Hammond stage organ. Early review: this thing is fucking incredible.
Because Katie is marking, I have so far only played it through headphones. Tomorrow morning, however...

Picked up my new ride today. It moves like it's supposed to so far.
I usually take the train into Toronto on Wednesdays, but I think for tomorrow I will make an exception.

I highly recommend both these items if you can get your hands on them.

Except this is exactly how it is supposed to work. It is a language model, not a 'correct answer machine'.
Oh, did somebody hoping to monetize its use tell you it is a correct answer machine? And you believed them?

I saw some cool things in my one afternoon in Marseille - may have to go back and see what else they have cooking!

Piano? Yeah, ok. But what about three keyboards and something for the feet? I'll be taking this beaut from 1951 for a spin almost every Sunday. If you're in the west end of Toronto, swing by Humbercrest United and see what's happening.

One of my favourite things the last few years has been listening to people playing in bars when we stop in after our own performance.
Performance is physically and mentally taxing. It's easy to appreciate the efforts of others when you've just done it yourself.

While I would generally agree with Hayden here, the Cincy subway is an unusual and interesting case. And one I only learned of last year!

This is an odd response considering they can only point to one incident.
Security guards are not worth the money they cost. Little boys cosplaying as big boys - but with no authority to do anything. Yet the city can inflate the figure they claim to spend helping homeless people.

I got to sit in with this outfit tonight. Garnetta Cromwell and daGroovMasters. Exactly what I needed today!

This is the lawyer.

Ok, so I'm caught up here.
September 5, 2025 at 3:40 PM
My first thought here (beyond a hearty wtf?!?) was what kind of lawyer would launch this... 1/2

This chorizo (with figs) was *outstanding*. Who knew Etobicoke could do such a thing?

Hey, don't be doing nothin' here.

And, certainly, Adorno would *hate* this place, for sure. But he's dead and I'm not.
James Cone would love this place. And that's good enough for me.

This has never happened to anyone who has done this before. Makes you think.

I wonder, did he ever get to get his money for nothing, or did he have to keep playing, like us ordinary schmoes?
