ymmv. my high refresh rate samsung has pretty bad jitter on attenborough docs for example, and leaving every setting at the lowest possible but not completely disabling auto motion plus has helped. maybe tvs from the last couple years are better, or other brands, but that's been my experience

for some types of shot (slow pans of static subjects) modern high quality tvs have very fast pixel response time that can make the jitter of 24fps pretty noticeable. tvs have jitter reduction built in but it can't always manage. lowest setting of motion smoothing can help w/o ruining everything else

i usually think of metal machining, cutting, bending, welding, etc when i think of fabrication. that building doesn't really look like a fabricators shop inside or out.
