Longest run since Maidenhead half five weeks ago, I only do easy pace runs nowadays.
Even now, two days away from my 64th birthday, I struggle to reconcile myself with getting so much slower.

Maidenhead half this morning, just the 32 minutes slower than the first time I ran it but very happy to get round a half these days.
