I think this was the thinnest I've been in a long time. Which was an achievement already because I had a period of 207 pounds (94 kg) and with some determination I worked it down until 152 lb (69 kg). So there's still a lot to do but I know that the most important is to compete yourself, not others.

As staying silent by repression is like heating the still water up to the boiling point. More dangerous when it's slow and it's harder to notice that you are tied up. That your freedom is taken away more with less room to move. We are set to be free and we all realize that sooner or later.
