my heart grows (roughly) 5.6x bigger when i’m here 😌
thank you for sharing this! the structure of each stanza works and feels like it’s building on top of what the previous is doing. the only word that felt a bit light was “defeated” — when i read that line without that word, i felt that sense of “anxiety” that comes from standing still 😌
