Found this plastic bait pot on the beach yesterday. Googled and it turns out there are quite a few arriving from Canada. Apparently, when contacted the owner had a good laugh.
If it were me I’d be mortally embarrassed that my plastic shit is being washed up 2,500 miles away.

Went out for the day to Five Fingers Strand on Inishowen. Breathed deep the salten Atlantic air, walked the beach, let my mind drift .The dogs are exhausted, so are we, but we are happy. Peace to you all, may you find a Five Fingers Strand in your world.

I’m pretty sure my Great-Grandfather Francis would be apoplectic with the poppy shaggers. It would have been silent rage, though. After living though 4* wars, he was a quiet man who drank too much.
