It is quick and easy for me to create a Photo Painting. You can get good results just using the Snap Art software but I like to tweak them in PaintShop Pro to improve the overall design.

If you have PhotoShop I'd use Google AI, etc. and see what other plug-ins are available to create photos that look like paintings, etc. I have seen some other plug-ins a while back that created some great looking "paintings." Sorry, but I don't remember their names.
